Can I choose the day my cleaner visits?
We will do our best to accommodate your request for visits on specific days or times.
Do I have to be at home when the cleaner visits?
No, if you are happy to trust our cleaners with your keys we can visit even if you are at work or out of the house for any reason.
Will I always have the same cleaner?
In general, yes, except when your regular cleaner is on holiday or sick etc.
What if I do not like the cleaner you send me?
We always endeavour to match cleaner to client and property type and rarely get it wrong. However if you are not happy with your cleaner we will send you another cleaner if we feel that they will be a good fit.
How do you vet your cleaners?
We require two references from our cleaners and also test them for emotional intelligence, thoroughness of work, sympathy for property and sheer productivity. We have interviewed hundreds of staff, rejecting most in the process. We do not claim to be perfect but we usually get it right.
Do I have to pay the cleaners directly?
No, you don’t have the hassle of leaving cash for cleaners. We pay the cleaners directly ourselves.
Clients pay us by direct bank transfer at the end of every month. Please note that invoices are due for payment within seven days of of receipt.
Do you have a minimum visit time?
Yes, the minimum visit time is for two hours.
Do you provide cleaning materials?
Most clients prefer us to use their own cleaning materials. If you would like us to supply our own materials we can of course accommodate you. Please note that if we supply materials they will be chargeable.
